Where in Yeouido can I find a really long wine list?

Chacha Yeouido keeps around 120 labels on hand at any time — red, white and sparkling. Bottles start at ₩19,000, and the list you see on this site is the list we actually pour, so you can read it before you come.

I don't know much about wine. Can I still choose well?

Pick four things — colour, sweetness, body and aroma — and our wine ladder lands you on one of twelve styles. The paper chart on our wall is on this site as it is, and the number you land on shows the wines you can actually order plus the dishes that go with them.

Is there a corkage-free wine bar in Yeouido?

Bring your own bottle and corkage is waived when you leave a photo review after your visit. A ₩79,000 monthly membership applies it without the review.

Can I drink wine at lunchtime?

Weekday lunch comes with free-flow wine. We open at 11am and run straight through without a break, so wine with lunch works, and so does a late-afternoon glass.

What do the wines cost?

The 89 labels on the ladder run from ₩33,000 to ₩390,000. There is something for an easy bottle and something for an occasion, and anything sold out drops off the list automatically.

Does this work as a date spot in Yeouido?

We are a one-minute walk from Yeouido Station Exit 3, and the window seats look straight out over the towers on Gukjegeumyung-ro. On Thursdays and Fridays we stay open until 1am, so the evening can run long.

Is there somewhere quiet for two?

You can reserve a four-seat table by the window, or a pair of seats side by side at the bar. Leave a note asking for a quiet table when you book and we will set it up that way.

How many people fit in the private room?

There is one private room and it takes two to ten guests. The minimum spend is 150,000 KRW at lunch and 300,000 KRW in the evening, and it books out quickly, so we recommend holding it in advance. Inside, we pair your music through a dedicated Geneva speaker, and the artwork on the walls changes with the season.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are fine, but the window seats and the private room are safer held in advance. Six listings are open on Naver — dinner table, private room, free-flow lunch, venue hire and more — so you can pick the seat you want.

How large a group can you take for a work dinner?

Venue hire runs up to fifty guests, and the private room takes two to ten. For groups and hire, the direct line 010-4353-3378 is quickest, and the full conditions are set out in our group guide.

Is this a wine bar or a restaurant?

It is Korean food built to go with wine. Familiar dishes — rosé tteokbokki with brisket, hanwoo yukhoe bibimbap, cheese kimchi jeon — come alongside the list, and at lunch there is a proper set menu, so coming just to eat works too.

Use the building's underground car park — two hours are free once we validate your visit, then 1,000 KRW per ten minutes. Park on B2 and the retail lift brings you straight to the second floor. From B3 to B6, take the office lift and call the security desk to say you are visiting the retail floor — they will open the door.

Are you open on Sundays?

Sunday is our regular closing day, and we open every other day of the week. Monday to Wednesday we run until 11pm, Thursday and Friday until 1am, and Saturdays and public holidays from 5pm to 11pm, with no break in between.

Book the Naver 'corkage free' option or leave us a note and we will have the glasses ready. The window is two hours. Within those two hours there is no limit on how many bottles you bring or what they are. Show us one photo review per bottle before you settle the bill and corkage is waived entirely. The first glass per person is free; a replacement glass is ₩5,000. If you would like longer than two hours, order at least one bottle (for two to four people) from our premium wines on special and the time limit comes off. Those premium wines run from around ₩70,000 to well over ₩1,000,000 a bottle.
